To schedule an appointment at Natural Health Solutions call our Toll Free
number (877) 837-3957 or locally at (908) 612-4931. Please download
our Health Appraisal Intake Form (PDF or Word File), complete it as best
as possible, and bring the completed paperwork, along with all of your
medications and supplements, to your first visit. If you are unable to print
the form, or if you prefer, we can mail the paperwork directly to your home.
Your first visit will be scheduled for up to approximately two [2] hours in
length. This is to allow enough time for an in depth intake, analysis, and
discussion of your current state of health. Subsequent visits will be
scheduled for one-half [1/2] to one [1] hour.

Fees and Payment Options
Payment for services is due at time of visit. Available options for payment
include Cash, Check, Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. Natural
Health Solutions does not accept insurance nor Medicare. We do offer
discounts for Senior Citizens (aged 65+) and also for Students (up to 26
yrs.old).
We firmly believe that health care access is a fundamental Human Right
and will not deny care to any person because of an inability to pay the
standard rates. We can work with you on a payment plan that fits your
individual situation.
Cyber Consultations
Natural Health Solutions offers "Cyber Consultations" for those who don't
live in our area or those who cannot come to our office. It's easy, just

07065. Sessions will be held on our toll free line.
